Problem
When trying to assign your Cam Plus subscription to your camera, you receive error code 1000.
Troubleshooting
- Open your camera's live stream and ensure the camera is online and connected.
- Tap on the camera's settings > Event Recording > Smart Detection.
- Toggle on the smart detections you would like.
- Log out of the Wyze app, force close it, then log back in.
- Go back to the camera’s settings > Event Recording > Smart Detection to ensure the smart detections you selected are still enabled.
