I get error code 1000 when assigning Cam Plus to my camera.

Problem

When trying to assign your Cam Plus subscription to your camera, you receive error code 1000.

Troubleshooting

  1. Please navigate to your camera's live stream and ensure the camera is online and connected. 
  2. Tap on the camera's settings > Event Recording > Smart Detection.
  3. Toggle on the smart detections you would like.
  4. Log out of the Wyze app, force close it, then log back in.
  5. Go back to the camera’s settings > Event Recording > Smart Detection to ensure the smart detections you selected are still enabled.
