You're trying to make a purchase with your phone using In-App Purchase, but the purchase fails.
- Make sure you're on the latest version of the Wyze app from your app store - not a beta version.
- Make sure you're using a valid US/Canadian payment card.
- Check your phone settings to confirm that In-App Purchases are allowed.
- If on iOS, open the Settings app.
- Go to Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > In-App Purchases.
