How do I manage my payment method?

To add a payment method:

  1. Log in to https://my.wyze.com/account/payment.
  2. Click Add Payment.
  3. Enter your payment details.
    1. Check the box to agree to the  Wyze Terms of Service.
    2. Click Submit.
  4. Your payment will be added.

Note: Wyze only accepts valid US and Canadian credit and debit cards as forms of payment. Gift cards will not be accepted.

To update your payment method:

  1. Log in to my.wyze.com.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Enter your payment details.
    1. Check the box to agree to the Wyze Terms of Service.
    2. Click Submit.
  4. Your payment will be added.

Note: Wyze only accepts valid US and Canadian credit and debit cards as forms of payment. Gift cards will not be accepted.

To delete a payment method:

  1. Log in to my.wyze.com.
  2. Click Remove.
    • Don't have the Remove option? You must have a valid payment method on your account if you have an active subscription. 
  3. Follow the onscreen prompts.
  4. Your payment method will be removed.

Note: You must have a valid payment method on your account as long as you have an active subscription. You cannot delete your payment method if you have active subscriptions on your Wyze account.
