I'm unable to log into the Wyze app after updating to 2.45.

Problem

You recently updated your Wyze app to 2.45 and can't log in. Using Brave on Android? Go here.

You may get an error message that looks like this:

Troubleshooting

iOS Users (Safari)

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll and tap Safari.
  3. Under Privacy & Security, make sure Block All Cookies is toggled off.
  4. Exit your Settings and restart Safari for your changes to take effect.

Android Users (Chrome)

  1. Open the Chrome app.
  2. Tap on the three vertical dots to open the menu, then tap Settings.
  3. Under Advanced, tap Site settings.
  4. Tap Cookies.
  5. Make sure the Cookies toggle is turned on. Also, select Allow third-party cookies if you want to enable all types of cookies.
  6. Close and restart the Chrome app for your changes to take effect.

Windows (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Open your Chrome Settings on the top right.
  3. Scroll down and click Advanced.
  4. Under Privacy and security click Site settings.
  5. Click Cookies and site data.
  6. Make sure the toggle for Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended) is toggled on.
  7. Click and restart Chrome for your changes to take effect.

macOS (Safari)

  1. Open Safari. 
  2. From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
  3. Click on the Privacy tab.
  4. Make sure the Block all cookies option is unchecked.
  5. Close the Preferences window.
  6. Restart Safari for your changes to take effect.

This troubleshooting should help get you logged into the Wyze app again. Not on any of these browsers? If you using a different browser like Firefox, Edge, etc. refer to your own browser's documentation to enable cookies in your settings.
