Can I use the chime from my Wyze Video Doorbell v1 with the v2?

No, Wyze Chime does not work with the new doorbell.

Wyze Video Doorbell v2 works with your existing chime using Wyze Doorbell Chime Controller. Because the original Wyze Video Doorbell bypasses your existing chime, it needs a Wyze Chime to ring.
