Problem

You don't hear any sounds or voice prompts from your Wyze Sense Hub.

Troubleshooting

  1. Power cycle your Wyze Sense Hub.
    1. Quickly press and release the reset button on the back of the device.
  2. Verify that the status light is flashing white then walk through setting up the hub like new.
    • The status light will be solid white once connected.
  3. If there are no lights, try using a different power cable.
    • It is usually recommended to use the cable that comes with your device.
