Yes, the Monitoring tab is open to everyone with the Wyze app.
You'll be able to use features like multi-camera viewing without a subscription to Cam Unlimited, thanks to improvements to the Monitoring tab. You'll also have the 3 arming modes (Disarmed / Home / Away) visible, but you must have Cam Unlimited to use these modes to arm and disarm your system. You'll be able to upgrade to Cam Unlimited right from the Monitoring tab.
