Using Rules with your Wyze Lamp Socket

To learn all about Rules, Shortcuts, Schedules, Device & Service Triggers, and Location Triggers, start with the article: Using Rules with the Wyze app.

How do Rules work with Wyze Lamp Socket?

Rules help automate your Wyze Lamp Socket, making it easier to protect and monitor your surroundings whenever you want.
There are 4 kinds of Rules that can be used with Wyze Lamp Socket.
  • Shortcuts run actions with a tap in the Wyze app.
  • Schedules control devices based on the time of day.
  • Device & Service Triggers connect multiple Wyze devices so one can trigger another. Having a Wyze Services subscription offers additional AI-based triggers.
  • Location Triggers control devices based on your location.
