How do I stop getting the error with manual recording or photos?

For Android users (Needs Permission):
  1. Open your phone or tablet's settings and locate the Wyze app. This can normally be found under the Apps settings.
  2. Once in the Wyze app's settings, navigate to Permissions.
  3. Confirm that Storage permission is allowed. 
  4. If the issue continues, please submit a Feedback Log from the Wyze app, so that we can further investigate the issue.

For iOS users (Access Denied):

  1. Open your phone or tablet's settings and scroll down the settings list until you locate the Wyze app.
  2. Selecting the app, under Allow Wyze to Access to confirm that Photos have Read & Write access.
  3. If the issue continues, please submit a Feedback Log from the Wyze app, so that we can further investigate the issue.
