Plan early! The 2022 holiday season is expected to be busy for everyone, including our shipping providers. Orders placed after December 15th, 2022 may not arrive before Christmas Day.

When should I place my order to receive my package in time for the holidays? πŸŽ… 

We recommend ordering before 12/15/2022 to get deliveries before Christmas.

This estimate is based on USPS and FedEx estimated delivery times and our increased processing time due to the increased volume of holiday orders. These deadlines are an estimate of provided shipping rates and are not a guarantee of delivery dates.

We cannot guarantee delivery of packages before Christmas, the holiday season can cause many delays before or during transit and we are not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays. We still will do what we can to help, however, so please feel free to reach out to our Wyze Wizards for help.

Can I return items purchased as a doorbuster or more than 50% off? ❄️ 

No, all Black Friday and Cyber Monday doorbuster deals are final sale items and cannot be returned. Any deal with more than 50% off is also considered final sale and cannot be returned. Learn more: Promotional Terms & Conditions.

What is your Holiday Return Policy? πŸ“¦ 

Our return policy will be extended for the holidays. Products purchased between October 24 - December 31 from wyze.com are eligible to be returned until January 31 of the next year. Other return policies may apply to holiday returns, shipping cost is not eligible for refund.

Do you offer gift wrapping? 🎁 

No, we do not offer gift wrapping. However several of our authorized retailers may provide this service for orders placed with them.

I placed multiple orders, can they be combined? ⛄️ 

No, we are not able to combine orders after they have been placed.
