What's the order status of my thermometer?

Due to the high volume of orders of the iHealth thermometer, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Check your Wyze account

If you already have a Wyze account, or created one while submitting your order, you can check your order status on your account.

To check your order status from your account:

  1. Sign in to Wyze.com here.
  2. Under My Account, click My Orders.*
  3. Click View Order on the item you want you track.
  4. On the Order Details page, click Track your order.
Awaiting Shipment Your order is waiting to be processed.
Processing Your order is being processed.
Pending Your order is pending payment.
Pending Payment Your order is pending payment.
Payment Review Your payment is under review.
Payment Declined Your payment was declined.
On Hold Your order is on hold for review.
Back-Ordered Your order is currently out of stock. 
Shipped Your order has been shipped.
Delivered Your order has been delivered.
Canceled Your order has been canceled.
Closed Your order has been refunded.


*If you don't see anything under My Orders, contact Wyze Support so we can track down your order!

Check your email.

After submitting your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. 

With your tracking number, you can track your order directly with the shipping company.
