If your Wyze Band keeps ringing after you've finished your phone call, please let us know by submitting a log. We're investigating this new bug.
To submit a log:
- In the Wyze app, go to Wyze Band > . . . > Report an Issue.
- Note the 4-digit Ticket ID number on the next page.*
If you reach out via support or on our social media channels, please include that Ticket ID number so we can follow up with you more easily.
