If you purchased Cam Plus as a bundle (ex: Wyze Cam v3 + 1 Month Cam Plus) you must reach out to Wyze Support to cancel your subscription. Otherwise, you can easily cancel it using the steps below.
To cancel your Cam Plus subscription:
- From your computer, visit https://services.wyze.com/detail/camplus
- On the top right, click Sign In and sign into Services.
- Enter your login details, then click Log In.
- Under My Subscriptions, click Edit next to Cam Plus.
- Click Cancel Subscription, then Yes cancel the subscription to confirm.
- Once this is complete our system will cancel the subscription. The subscription will stay active till the end of the pay period and no prorated refunds will be issued.
Please note: The licenses that came from device bundle purchases would not be reflected on the Services website, only on the Wyze App. If you need help canceling the subscription, please reach out to support for assistance
