Person Detection isn't working with Cam Plus.


My Wyze Cam with Cam Plus records CMC, but people are not being detected at all. Person Detection isn't working with Cam Plus. 

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Make sure your Cam Plus subscription is active and current.
  2. Make sure the camera's firmware is up to date.
  3. Remove the Cam Plus subscription from that camera, then resubscribe. 
    1. Go to Account > Services > Cam Plus > Edit.
    2. Uncheck the Wyze Cam, then tap Activate.
    3. Then re-check the Wyze Cam ,and tap Activate.
  4. Reboot the device by unplugging it, and plugging it into power again.

If Cam Plus still doesn't record anything, navigate to Account > Help & Feedback > Submit a Log. Save your ticket number, and send it along to our support team so we can look into it.
