I signed up for Cam Plus with the wrong email address.

Problem

Your Wyze Services account email address doesn't match your Wyze account email. You're subscribed to Cam Plus, but you do not see it as an option under Wyze Services in the app. 

Troubleshooting Steps

Currently, there is no way to update your Wyze email address. You must set up Cam Plus again under the correct email address, and cancel the other subscription.

First, sign up for Cam Plus again:

  1. Log out of the Wyze Services website.
  2. Sign up for Cam Plus again using the steps in the Cam Plus Setup Guide.
    • Important: Use the same email address you use for your Wyze account.
  3. Assign Cam Plus to your Wyze Cam devices using the steps in the Cam Plus Setup Guide.

Then, cancel your other Cam Plus subscription:

  1. Log out of the Wyze Services website.
  2. Sign in to Wyze Services again with the incorrect email address.
    • The email address that you want to remove the Cam Plus subscription for.
  3. Click Edit next to Cam Plus under My Subscriptions.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription.
  5. To confirm, click Yes, cancel subscription.

Once canceled, you will be issued a refund for any remaining portion of your Cam Plus subscription.
