I signed up for Cam Plus with the wrong email address.

Problem

Your Wyze Services account email address doesn't match your Wyze account email. You're subscribed to Cam Plus, but you do not see it as an option under Wyze Services in the app. 

Troubleshooting Steps

Please try changing the email via the Wyze App.  

  1. Navigate to your Wyze App > Account > Email > Change email.
  2. Once the change is confirmed, your email will be updated to the new email address.
