Problem:
Viewing the Live Stream with Night Vision enabled isn't working properly; the setting doesn't turn on and the stream remains dark.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Check that Night Vision is enabled
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Video Doorbell.
- Tap the Settings icon
, then Advanced Settings.
- Tap the toggle next to Night vision LED so that it's On.
- Try toggling this setting on and off to see if it helps.
- If Night Vision still does not work as expected, continue below.
Reset the doorbell
- On the back of the Wyze Video Doorbell, press the Reset button.
- Wait for the doorbell's status light to return to solid blue.
- Check the Live Stream again to see if Night Vision is working as expected.
