Night Vision isn't working properly, I can't see.


Viewing the Live Stream with Night Vision enabled isn't working properly; the setting doesn't turn on and the stream remains dark.

Troubleshooting Steps:

Check that Night Vision is enabled

  1. In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Video Doorbell.
  2. Tap the Settings icon SettingsGear.png, then Advanced Settings.
  3. Tap the toggle next to Night vision LED so that it's On.
    • Try toggling this setting on and off to see if it helps.
  4. If Night Vision still does not work as expected, continue below.

Reset the doorbell

  1. On the back of the Wyze Video Doorbell, press the Reset button.
  2. Wait for the doorbell's status light to return to solid blue.
  3. Check the Live Stream again to see if Night Vision is working as expected. 

If Night Vision still does not work after the troubleshooting steps above, open a support ticket. Include details about the troubleshooting you've already done, and our Wizards team will provide additional support.
