Error Message: "Fragment not found"

We are currently investigating an issue that's causing a "Fragment not found" error when viewing Event videos. 

Issue Details

On 9/10/2020 we discovered an API issue that resulted in some users receiving a "Fragment not found" or "No Fragment" error message when attempting to view their Event videos. Our engineering team was able to isolate the issue, but there is no ETA on a fix yet. Our team is working to resolve this issue right now. 

Temporary workaround: 

In the Wyze app, if you see the "Fragment not found" error when viewing a video:

  1. Tap on the down arrow on the top left to close the Event video.
  2. Then tap on the video again to reopen it.
    • Continue to open and close the Event details page until the video displays.
