Can I cancel my Wyze order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.

Change your mind on a Wyze purchase? As long as your order hasn't entered the shipping process yet, you should be able to cancel it at wyze.com.

Note: If you do not see the option to cancel your order, please contact support.

To cancel your Wyze order:

  1. Visit wyze.com and sign in to your Wyze account.
  2. On the left menu, click My Orders.
  3. Find your order in the list.
    • If you do not see Cancel, you cannot cancel the order. It has entered the shipping process.
  4. Click your order to view it and make changes.
  5. Click Cancel.
  6. Add a reason for canceling in the Comment field if you'd like, then click Submit.
  7. Once canceled, you'll see a confirmation on your order summary.
