Change your mind on a Wyze purchase? As long as your order hasn't entered the shipping process yet, you should be able to cancel it at wyze.com.
Note: Your Order Status must be either Pending, Early Access, Preorder, or Processing to cancel.
To cancel your Wyze order:
- Visit wyze.com and sign in to your Wyze account.
- On the left menu, click My Orders.
- Find your order in the list.
- If you do not see Cancel, you cannot cancel the order. It has entered the shipping process.
- Click your order to view it and make changes.
- Click Cancel.
- Add a reason for canceling in the Comment field if you'd like, then click Submit.
- Once canceled, you'll see a confirmation on your order summary.
