My headphones audio is distorted, cutting out.

Problem

Poor audio quality, distortion, or cutting out or restarting with Wyze Headphones.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Make sure your Wyze Headphones firmware is up to date.
    1. In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Headphones.
    2. Tap on the settings gear, then Check for Firmware Update
    3. If available, update your firmware.
  2. Disconnect and reconnect your phone's Bluetooth connection.
    • This will reestablish the audio connection.
