In the Wyze app, when I visit Account > Services > People > Manage Faces, the page only shows “No unknown people have appeared in the past 14 days.”
Tips to help improve person detection accuracy:
To have your camera detect people efficiently, please make sure it is positioned so that faces are fully shown in event videos.
While positioning your camera or doorbell, use the live stream to check that:
- Faces will display for at least 2-4 seconds, not too close or on a tight corner.
- Faces are clear enough to see their features, not blurry or in darkness.
- Faces should be shown in full, not blocked.
