Since your Wi-Fi data is entered during the setup process, you must set up your devices like new in order to change your Wi-Fi details.
Cameras
Wyze Cam v1/v2/v3/v3 Pro, Wyze Cam Pan v1/v2/v3, and Wyze Cam OG/Telephoto 3x

- In the Wyze app, tap Home.
- Tap the plus sign + on the top left, then Add Device > Cameras.
- Tap on your camera version.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your camera again using the new Wi-Fi info.
Wyze Base Station

- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Base Station.
- Tap on the settings gear on the top right.
- Tap Device Info > Wi-Fi Network.
- Follow the on-screen steps to finish the setup using your new Wi-Fi info or by following the steps in our Wyze Base Station Setup Guide.
Wyze Cam Outdoor v1/v2

- Delete the camera from the Wyze app.
- From the Home tab, tap the pencil icon > Edit Devices.
- Set up the devices like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Cam Outdoor Setup Guide.
- Delete the camera from the Wyze app.
Wyze Video Doorbell

- With the doorbell connected to power, press the Reset button on the back of the device.
- Set up your doorbell like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Video Doorbell Setup Guide.
Wyze Video Doorbell Pro

- Press and hold the button on the side of Wyze Chime Pro for 3-5 seconds until it says "reset successfully".
- The Wi-Fi signal LED will start flashing red > solid yellow > flashing yellow.
- The device is now ready to be set up again like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Video Doorbell Pro Setup Guide.
Power and Lighting
Wyze Bulb v1/v2 and Wyze Bulb Color/BR30

- Turn on/off the light switch associated with the bulb 3 times.
- Wait for your Wyze Bulb to start pulsing slowly.
- Once the bulb starts pulsing, you can set up the device like new with the new Wi-Fi information.
- In the Wyze app, tap Home, then tap the + plus sign on the top left.
- Tap Add Device > Power & Lighting.
- Tap on your bulb type.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your bulb again using the new Wi-Fi info.
Wyze Floor Lamp

- Toggle the power switch on the cord 5 times.
- Once the light begins flashing, set up your lamp like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Floor Lamp Setup Guide.
Wyze Light Strip and Wyze Light Strip Pro

- Press and hold the side button on the controller for 7+ seconds until the strip starts pulsing.
- Once the lights begin flashing, set up your strips like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Light Strip (and Pro) Setup Guide.
Wyze Plug v1/v2

- Press and hold the on/off button on the side of the plug until the status light begins to flash blue.
- Once the status light begins to flash blue, set up your plug like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Plug Setup Guide.
Wyze Plug Outdoor

- Press and hold one of the power buttons for 10 seconds.
- Once the status lights begin flashing, set up your plug like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Plug Outdoor Setup Guide.
Wyze Switch

- Press and hold the switch button for 20 seconds.
- When the LED status begins to blink quickly, release the button.

Wyze Air Purifier

- Press and hold the Auto Mode and Fan Speed buttons until the Wi-Fi icon starts to flash.

Wyze Gun Safe

- To factory reset, open the Wyze Gun Safe, and press the pairing button for about 3 seconds.

Wyze Lock Gateway

- Delete your Wyze Lock Gateway from the Wyze app.
- From the Home tab, tap the pencil icon > Edit Devices.

- Delete your Wyze Lock Gateway from the Wyze app.
Wyze Robot Vacuum

- Press and hold the home button for 5 seconds.
- You should hear a “factory reset will begin” voice prompt.
- Release and hold the home button again for 5 seconds.
- You should then hear a “factory reset was successful” voice prompt.
- Set up your vacuum like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Robot Vacuum Setup Guide.
- Press and hold the home button for 5 seconds.
Wyze Sprinkler Controller

- Press and hold the Reset button on the back of the controller for 10 seconds until the lights start flashing yellow.

- Reset the thermostat by pressing and holding the control wheel for 10 seconds.

- Reset your Wyze Sense Hub by single-pressing the reset button on the back of the hub.

Additional Notes:
- For most Wyze devices (not including Wyze Cam Outdoor v1/v2, Wyze Base Station, and Wyze Lock Gateway), you do not need to delete the device from the Wyze app first. Repeating the setup process should override the previous Wi-Fi information while other settings should be retained.
- The steps in this article should be followed whenever you change your Wi-Fi network name, password, or any other details related to your Wi-Fi network.
