Auto-pause isn't working on my Wyze Headphones.

Problem

You have Auto-Pause selected in your headphones Settings, but it doesn't auto-pause your content as expected. You remove your headphones, but the content continues playing instead of pausing.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Update to the latest Wyze Headphones firmware.
  2. Double-check that you have Auto Pause enabled:
    1. In the Wyze app, tap Wyze Headphones > Settings gear. Next to Auto Pause, tap the toggle ON.
  3. Power cycle your headphones:
    1. In the Wyze app, open your Wyze Headphones then swipe to turn on Private - High noise cancellation
    2. Turn off your headphones, then swipe to close the Wyze app.
      • Single press the round Power button on the right ear cup.
    3. Keep the headphones near your phone and wait about 10 minutes.
    4. Turn on your headphones.
      • Single press the round Power button on the right ear cup.
    5. In the Wyze app, tap Wyze Headphones again.
    6. Play some content, and test Auto-Pause again. It should be behaving as expected.
