My handheld vacuum is losing suction.

Problem

When using the vacuum, it doesn't suck as well as it should. Definitely not tornado power.

Troubleshooting Tips

1. Check that the dust cup is properly installed.
   • Make sure that it's rotated in place as prompted.
2. Check that the vacuum's nozzle is firmly in place. 
3. Clean the vacuum's nozzle to remove debris and blockages.
   • If the vacuum's nozzle is blocked, suction will be poor.
