Problem

Your Wyze Handheld Vacuum sounds abnormally loud, noisy, or making strange sounds.

Troubleshooting Tips

1. Check the nozzle, the front end of the vacuum.
   • If the nozzle is blocked, the vacuum will be loud or noisy while cleaning. 
2. Check if the HEPA filter and prefilter are fully in place.
   
   • If either filter is not firmly in place before reassembling the vacuum, it can cause noisiness. 
3. Empty the dust cup.
   • If the dust cup is too full, the vacuum will be loud while cleaning.
