We've designed Wyze Thermostat to be easy to install if your system is compatible. But if you're unsure, or don't feel prepared to wire and install your own thermostat, don't go it alone. Stop and call a professional.
We recommend consulting a Service Installation Professional or service, such as OnTech or Handy. (These are only suggestions, we are not affiliated with either service. Use them at your own discretion.) They will be able to evaluate your system, ensure it's compatible, wire and test it for you.
Should I contact Wyze Support?
Our agents would love to help, but they may not be able to from afar. Wyze support agents are not able to give specific installation instructions for the thermostat, nor are they able to offer the hands-on assistance you can get from a local technician.
