My order was declined. How can I order?

Your order may have been declined for a few reasons. Usually, it has to do with the payment information provided. 

Before you try to place your order again, try these tips:

  • Verify that your payment information is correct and matches your card's info. Check your card's expiration date.
  • Try an alternate payment method.
    • Credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa)
    • Amazon Pay (wyze.com only)
    • PayPal (Wyze app Shop only)
  • Clear your browser’s cache.
  • Try a different internet browser or an incognito window.

If you are still unable to place an order, we recommend reaching out to your financial institution for next steps.

Note: We cannot accept international (non-US) billing or shipping information. We hope to expand outside of the US soon!
