What happened to the code for my Wyze Cam v3?

Great question!  We are currently working on processing the backer rewards but just need a bit more time to do so.  Please be on the lookout for a confirmation email near the end of February once your order has been processed.

This new plan means there is no longer any action required on your part to receive your Wyze Cam v3 and your previous wyze.com coupon code will be canceled since you won't need it anymore.


Can I update my shipping address?

Yes!  You may do this by using the following steps:

  1. Head to wyze.com and sign in to your Wyze account.  If you do not have an account, please create an account with the email address you used to place your Wyze Robot Vacuum order.
  2. Click on My Account at the top.
  3. Under My Account > My Account click Edit under Contact Information.
  4. Click Address Book to update your address.  Click Change Shipping Address and make the adjustment to your address here.
  5. Click Save Address.  This should update your address and will be the shipping address for your v3 backer reward!


I did not receive a code for being an early backer, what should I do?
