How do I make changes to my subscription through IAP?

You can make changes from the Wyze App itself

  1. Navigate to the Wyze App > Account > Services > Select Cam Plus/ Cam Protect > Tap Edit Plan.

  2. You can change the number of your subscriptions and also change the type from Monthly to Annual. Click Review Changes to confirm

  3. You can downgrade the quantity to "0". A Cancel Subscription button will appear.

Please note:: The subscription will stay active till the end of the pay period upon cancellation and no pro-rated refunds will be issued.
