The alarm doesn't work on my watch.

Problem

You set an alarm on your Wyze Watch, but it doesn't go off when it's supposed to. 

Troubleshooting Steps:

Double-check the alarm is set and active on your Wyze Watch. 

  1. Press the Home button on the side of the watch to wake it up.
  2. Swipe left across the screen.
  3. Scroll and tap Alarm. Is your Alarm listed?
    • No, I don't see my alarm.
      • Tap Add Alarm, set the time, and tap OK to add an alarm.
    • Yes, I see my alarm.
    • If you see your alarm, make sure it's set to go off.
      Do you see Never* under your alarm?
      • Yes, I see Never
        • Tap on your alarm, then tap Repeat
        • Select when you want the alarm to repeat, then OK.
      • No, I see something else.
        • Make sure it's the day and time the alarm is set for.
        • Create a new alarm to test it.

* If you see Never on your alarm, then the alarm is set to never repeat. Tap on the alarm to add a repeat if you want it to repeat daily, or on a specific day.
