Problem
You tap to open your Wyze Watch in the app, but you see an error that the Bluetooth connection has failed. Bluetooth is on in your phone Settings, but it still says it's off in the app.
Troubleshooting Tip:
You may have Bluetooth permissions denied for the Wyze app.
- On iOS:
- In the Settings app, scroll and tap Wyze.
- Tap the toggle next to Wyze to On.
- On Android:
- Your options may vary. Go into your Settings, and make sure Bluetooth permissions are enabled for the Wyze app.
