Your Wyze Watch is connected to the charging cable, which is plugged into power, but it doesn't charge. If your watch battery is at 0%, nothing happens when connected to the charger.
- Check the charger and charging cable for damage.
- Check the charging contact pins for dust or dirt.
- Wipe the contact pins with a water-dampened cloth, then wipe again to dry.
- Try charging again.
