Problem

Your Wyze Watch screen appears blurred, or some of the icons aren't displaying properly.

Troubleshooting

The troubleshooting for this issue depends on if it's a software issue or a hardware issue. Look at your screen to tell what specifically is blurry:

    1. Specific icons are distorted. This is likely a software issue.
      1. Restart your watch. Press and hold the Home button on your watch, then tap Restart.
      2. Update your firmware.
        1. In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Watch.
        2. Tap on the ... three dots menu.
        3. Tap Firmware Version. If you see the option, tap Update.
      3. Factory reset your Wyze Watch.
  • Before performing this step, please submit an app log and take note of the app log ID, just in case you have to contact support.
      1. Press the Home button on the side of the watch to wake it up.
      2. Swipe up on the screen and tap the Settings gear.
      3. Scroll up and tap Reset > Reset.
  1. The entire screen or a specific area is distorted. This is likely a hardware issue.
    1. Swipe around on the watch screen to confirm that the issue persists.
    2. Submit a log from the Wyze app, then contact our support team for more help.

To submit a log:

  1. In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Watch.
  2. Tap on the ... three dots menu.
  3. Tap Report an Issue > Watch Hardware.
  4. Add details to your log, then tap Submit.
  5. On the last screen, find your Log ID and save it.
    • This is important. The Log ID comes in handy for our support team and engineers to locate your device's specific logs when troubleshooting.
