I'm not receiving Notifications on my Wyze Watch.

Problem

You're not receiving notifications on the Wyze Watch from your phone. You have Allow Notifications toggled to On in the Wyze app.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Make sure the Wyze app is running in the background.
    1. If you're on Android, check this by tapping Wyze Watch > Running in the Background.
  2. Check that Bluetooth is enabled and functioning. 
    • Test this by changing your Wyze Watch settings, like your clock face. Does it work?
  3. Confirm that you have allowed notifications in the Wyze app. 
    1. In the Wyze app, tap on the Home screen.
    2. Tap the Notifications bell so that push notifications are enabled.
    3. Next, tap on your Wyze Watch > Notification.
    4. Make sure Allow Notifications is toggled to On.
      • Double-check which notifications you have allowed.
        • If you have an app notification turned off, you won't receive notifications for that app.
  4. Check that you have Do Not Disturb turned off.
    1. Wake up your Wyze Watch.
    2. Swipe up and tap the Settings gear, then Do Not Disturb.
    3. Tap the toggle next to Do Not Disturb so that it's Off.

If you still aren't receiving notifications, please submit a log so that our engineering team can investigate. Be sure to include any error code shown in the app.

To submit a log:

  1. In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Watch.
  2. Tap on the ... three dots menu.
  3. Tap Report an Issue > Notifications.
  4. Add details to your log, then tap Submit.
  5. On the last screen, find your Log ID and save it.
    • This is important. The Log ID comes in handy for our support team and engineers to locate your device's specific logs when troubleshooting.
