The security cam footage doesn't auto-refresh.

Problem

When on the Monitoring screen in the Wyze app, the footage for your security camera doesn't refresh to show the latest capture. 

Troubleshooting

We're sorry about this! This is a technical issue that we hope to resolve in an upcoming app release.

In the meantime, you can go to the Home screen and the view will refresh. Or, tap the play icon to view the most recent footage.
