The Bulb Fails to setup

Presents as: Unable to get the Wyze Floor Lamp to set up in the Wyze app successfully.

Troubleshooting:

  1.  Make sure you are following the steps outlined in the Wyze Floor Lamp Setup Guide, here
  2. Make sure your phone/device is connected to a 2.4GHZ WiFi network for setup. Wyze products are not compatible with 5GHz WiFi networks. 
  3. Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on. Turn it off and turn it back on.
  4. Try factory resetting the floor lamp:
    1. Toggle the power switch on the cord 5 times.
    2. The light will pulse briefly when the lamp is successfully reset. 
    3. Try setup again
