I keep seeing a “Network not Good” error when trying to connect my thermostat.

Presents as: When trying to connect the thermostat to your network, it gives a “Network not Good” error.

 

We have identified this issue currently as an iOS issue, and created a fix for it in app version 2.18.43. If you are experiencing this issue, please navigate to your app store to update your app to the latest version.

 

If your app is up to date or you are using an Android please submit an app log:

  1. In the Wyze app, tap Account > Wyze Support > Submit a Log.
  2. Select your product family.
  3. Fill out the form.
  4. Make sure Send log files is selected so that it sends the logs with the request.
  5. Tap the Submit Button when you are ready to submit the report.
