My Wyze Buds have poor audio quality.

Problem:

Audio is distorted or cutting in and out when using Wyze Buds.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  1. Make sure your Wyze app is up to date.

  2. Make sure your Wyze Buds firmware is up to date.

  3. Check that Bluetooth is turned on on your phone.

    • Turn off Bluetooth, then turn it back on.

  4. Make sure your Wyze Buds are close to your Bluetooth-enabled phone.
  5. Submit a log to our engineers:

    • In the Wyze app, tap Account > Wyze Support > Submit a log > Wyze Buds.

  6. Factory reset your Wyze Buds, then set them up again in the Wyze app.
    • With the buds in the case, press and hold the reset button for 20 seconds.
