Problem: Light strip does not light up when turning the power ON.
Troubleshooting:
- Make sure the light strip firmware is up to date.
- Navigate to the Account tab. Tap on Firmware Update.
- If your light strip says it needs a firmware update, please attempt to do so.
- Next, try plugging the strip into a different power outlet.
