Problem:
Your Event Videos and Recordings are silent and have no sound / audio.
Troubleshooting Tips:
Make sure that Record Sound is turned on in your camera's settings.
- In the Wyze app, tap on your camera and let the live stream load.
- Tap on the Settings icon
, then tap Advanced Settings.
- If the Record sound option is toggled on
, tap to toggle off
then back on
.
- If the Record sound option is toggled off
, toggle the switch on
.
- If there is still no sound on the recordings, factory reset the camera and set up the camera again.
