Wyze Cam Pan shows as offline but the live stream works.

Problem:

Your Wyze Cam Pan v2 shows an offline symbol in your device list. But you can still tap and view the live stream.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Power cycle your camera.
   1. Unplug the camera from its power source. 
   2. Wait 5-10 seconds.
   3. Plug the camera back into power and allow it reinitialize. 
   4. You should see the symbol next to the camera in the app.
2. Next, update your Wyze Cam Pan v2 firmware. 
   1. In the Wyze app, tap Account > Firmware Upgrade to see if you have the option to upgrade your camera. If not, you're all set.
