Wyze Cam v3 Error Code 90 Issue

There is an ongoing issue where customers receive an Error Code 90 when trying to access the live stream for their Wyze Cam v3 devices.

 

Our engineers are aware of the issue and are currently working on a resolution. We have a few steps that may help in the meantime:
- Ensure the firmware for the Wyze app and camera are up to date.
- Power cycle the affected camera. Unplug the camera from power for about 20-30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Factory reset your device. Remove the microSD card if you have one, then press and hold the SETUP button on the bottom of the camera for 10 seconds.
