How to reset Wyze Video Doorbell Pro?

A factory reset deletes the settings file on the camera and rolls it back to the default settings. It can also be performed as a troubleshooting step for restoring a device to a previous working status if issues arise. 

To factory reset your doorbell and chime:

  1. Press and hold the button on the side of Wyze Chime Pro for 3-5 seconds until it says "Reset successfully". 
  2. The WiFi signal LED will start flashing red > solid yellow > flashing yellow. 
  3. The device is now ready to be set up again.

Please note: If you're troubleshooting issues with your doorbell or chime, be sure to Submit a Log before performing a factory reset.
