We are encouraging our Philippines-based teams to stay home and stay safe, which is leading to reduced Customer Support staffing. As a result, our wait times for calls and chat are higher than normal, we appreciate your patience.
Due to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage on 12/15/2021, Wyze is still experiencing service interruption for several devices, including: Wyze Doorbell, Wyze Light Strip, Wyze Switch, and Wyze Thermostat. We encourage customers who are still having issues with these devices, please follow these instructions:
- Delete the device from the Wyze app.
- Turn off the device and power it back on. If possible, unplug and replug the device.
- Start the setup process again for your device and follow in-app instructions.
