How do I cancel my Cam Plus Lite subscription?

Visit my.wyze.com to cancel Cam Plus Lite:

1. In your browser, go to my.wyze.com. 
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Navigate to the Account tab.
4. Next to Cam Plus Lite, click or tap Edit.
5. Click Cancel Subscription, and confirm if prompted.

Please note: If you cancel your subscription, you will lose the ability to view 12-second videos and will have thumbnails instead. To get those back on your eligible Wyze Cam, you'll have to sign up again.
