Problem:
You're trying to open the safe using the access code or fingerprint, but it isn't working. The keypad stays red.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- Wait until the 5-minute lockout period is over. If there are additional failed attempts during the lockout period, the 5 minutes will start over.
- Use your Backup Key to access the safe.
- Unlock the safe with the Wyze app.
