I'm locked out of the safe - my code won't work.


You're trying to open the safe using the access code or fingerprint, but it isn't working. The keypad stays red.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Wait until the 5-minute lockout period is over. If there are additional failed attempts during the lockout period, the 5 minutes will start over.
  • Use your Backup Key to access the safe.
  • Unlock the safe with the Wyze app.
