The activation code is on the box.
Here are some steps that will help you set up your system:
- If your kit contains a sticker on the outside of the box with an Activation Code, here are the steps to follow:
1. Please log in to Services Website
2. Click on Have a code on the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter the activation code on the box and click Apply.
- If your kit does not have a sticker outside the box, please follow these steps:
- Download the Wyze App from the IOS store/ Google Play store
- Unbox your Wyze Sense Hub and plug in the power cable.
- Open the Wyze app, go to the Monitoring tab, click “Set Up System”,
then follow the instructions to add the Sense Hub. When prompted,
click “Activate” to activate your service.
- After activating your service, follow the remaining instructions to
finish the setup.
If you didn’t see the Activation screen, or the activation failed, please have
your receipt, the package, and the MAC address* ready, then contact
