You're trying to turn the lock's thumb latch, but it doesn't move. You feel resistance or it feels stuck.
- If your Wyze Lock Bolt is already paired and set up in the app:
- Close and reopen the app.
- Power cycle the lock.
- Factory reset the lock.
- If the lock has not been paired and set up in the app:
- Check your installation to make sure the door frame and deadbolt latch are aligned properly.
- You may also have a door jam.
