How do I cancel my In-App Purchase license?

You can cancel it from your iCloud/Play Store account.

When you purchase a subscription using the In-App Purchase feature, your purchase goes through your mobile device's app store. To cancel, you must use your device's store account (iCloud or Play Store) to cancel it. 

For iOS users:

  1. While signed into your iCloud account, open the Settings app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap on your name at the top of the screen, then Subscriptions.
  3. Under Active Subscriptions, tap Wyze. 
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

For Android users:

  1. While signed into your Google Play account, open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap on your profile photo on the top right > Payments & Subscriptions.
  3. Under Subscriptions, tap the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Once your license is canceled, the subscription will stay active until the end of the pay cycle and will not auto-renew.

All subscriptions are non-refundable. We are not able to provide refunds for In-App Purchases.
