Problem
Your camera does not record any Events even though you have signed up for Cam Plus Pro.
Troubleshooting Tip
- Make sure the camera has power and you can connect to the livestream.
- Make sure the Cam Plus Pro subscription is active and assigned to a camera.
- In the Wyze app, go to Account > Services > Cam Plus Pro. Make sure your camera is shown.
- Unassign Cam Plus Pro from the device, then reassign it.
- Go to Account > Cam Plus Pro > Tap on the device name > Unassign. Then assign it again.
- Make sure Motion Detection is enabled.
- To check to go the camera's livestream, tap Settings > Event Recording.
- Clear the app cache.
- Go to Account> App Settings > Cache Files> Clear.
