My camera does not record any events.

Problem

Your camera does not record any Events even though you have signed up for Cam Plus Pro.

Troubleshooting Tip

  1. Make sure the camera has power and you can connect to the livestream.
  2. Make sure the Cam Plus Pro subscription is active and assigned to a camera.
    • In the Wyze app, go to Account > Services > Cam Plus Pro. Make sure your camera is shown.
  3. Unassign Cam Plus Pro from the device, then reassign it.
    • Go to Account > Cam Plus Pro > Tap on the device name > Unassign. Then assign it again.
  4. Make sure Motion Detection is enabled.
    • To check to go the camera's livestream, tap Settings > Event Recording
  5. Clear the app cache.
    • Go to Account> App Settings > Cache Files> Clear.
